There are numerous revival projects that continue to enhance Camden County's appeal. The rebirth of Camden's waterfront has completely transformed the former industrial site and has brought exciting additions to Camden County, including the Battleship New Jersey, Adventure Aquarium, the Tweeter Center and Campbell's Stadium. The former RCA building was rehabilitated and opened as luxury loft apartments in early 2004. This year, the state of New Jersey invested $175 million into revitalizing the city, and summer 2007 marks the groundbreaking of a $72 million project by the Campbell Soup Company to build a 110-acre office park, which will serve as the new headquarters of the company. Additionally, the River LINE light rail connects Camden to Trenton, adding value to the Waterfront area. It is ideal for work and play - the rail line stops in communities and also has scheduled stops at the Walter Rand Transportation Center (connected to Philadelphia by PATCO), Rutgers University Camden, the Tweeter Center and Adventure Aquarium.
