Temporary Disability - 70% of statewide average weekly wage (SAWW) with restrictions/Permanent Disability - 70/75% SAWN.

Minimum and Maximum Weekly Benefit Amount

$207.35 minimum to $622.05 effective 6/13/2011.

Fiscal year 2012: $216 to $810 with Max. benefit not to exceed 75% of SAWW of $1,079.91.

Maximum is $888, minimum is 90% of $493.02  if an employee's average weekly wage is less than $493.02.
