This year's series will focus on the theme, “Meaningful Change and Leadership Through Inclusion.”

This particular session will focus on:
Inclusion: Why is this so hard? — Exploring behavior, cultural and organization barriers
This session will include a practical discussion on the key barriers that still exist and impede change, featuring case studies on how behavioral, cultural and organizational change can help achieve a more inclusive work environment.

Panelists to Date:

John L. Jacson, Jr., Ph.D., Richard Perry University Professor of Communication, Africana
