Gloucester County Township Builds Development Momentum

Woolwich Township, Nexus Properties and Underwood Memorial Hospital have broken ground on a new 50,000-square-foot commercial office complex at the intersection of Center Square and Auburn roads. Nexus Properties developed the five separate, one-story professional office condominiums, called the Lexington Mews, with each containing 10,000 square feet of space. This new expansion is a continuation of Woolwich's efforts to develop the Weatherby Town Center area and joins several other projects in the works, including a new municipal building and a 50,000 square foot commercial retail project that will go before the township planning board.
