Two New Tenants at The Navy Yard

Ben Franklin Technology Partners has two new tenants at its Philadelphia Navy Yard facility. Philadelphia Safe & Sound recently leased 11,102 square feet and Key Commercial Real Estate Advisors leased 3,903 square feet. Grubb & Ellis arranged the leases.
