7TH ANNUAL GLOBAL BUSINESS CONFERENCE COMES TO TOWN NEXT WEEK The World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia and Drexel’s LeBow College of Business present the: 7th Annual Global Business Conference happening on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 from 8:00am - 3:00pm at Drexel University's Creese Student Union Complex. U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce Dennis F. Hightower, who was appointed by President Obama after a 30 year career in global marketing, business strategy, and management. Mr. Hightower’s experience includes leading a mutli-billion dollar enterprise as president of Walt Disney Television & Telecommunications, serving on the Board of Directors for high-profile companies such as Accenture and Domino’s Pizza, and decorated service in the U.S. Army as a Vietnam veteran. Mr. Hightower holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and B.S. and honorary doctorate degrees from Howard University.
